Who We Are
The Women’s Coaching Alliance (WCA) of the Alameda Soccer Club (ASC) is made up of parents, players, coaches, team managers, referees, and more. We welcome all to our meetings and events, and we offer closed sessions to provide a space specifically for women and girls.
What We Do
The WCA of the ASC supports gender equity on and off the soccer field. We do this by:
- Building community among women and girls,
- Supporting equity and inclusion of women and/or girls at all levels of the ASC, and
- Offering programming that enhances our collective understanding of gender equity in sport and explores how we can catalyze positive change
